Beschreibung

Dominik Geppert is a professor of 19th and 20th-century history at the University of Potsdam. Previously, he held the Chair of Modern History at the University of Bonn. He studied History, Philosophy and selected areas of Law at the Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Freiburg im Breisgau. He was a research fellow at the German Historical Institute in London from 2000 to 2005. He was also a Gerda Henkel Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics in 2016/17. He is the President of the Commission for the History of Parliamentarism and Political Parties, as well as being a member of the Historical Commission at the Bavarian Academy of Sciences. Jonas Klein is a research associate at the Institute of History at the University of Potsdam and a lecturer at the Institute of History at the University of Bonn. He studied history and philosophy at the University of Bonn, serving as a research assistant and doctoral fellow at the Historical Commission of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences. Andreas Rose studied History, Politics, Economics, Public Law and War Studies at the Universities of Potsdam, Berlin (Humboldt), Augsburg, as well as in London (KCL) and Oxford. After completing his doctorate, he worked at the Otto von Bismarck Foundation and the universities of Bern and Bonn. He was a Konrad Adenauer Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics and a lecturer at the University of Würzburg. He is currently a lecturer and a candidate for a habilitation at the University of Potsdam. Hannah Runden studied history and political science in Bonn, Cologne and St Andrews. She is currently working as a research assistant on a DFG-funded research and editorial project concerning the Frankfurt National Assembly of 1848–49, which is being conducted by the Commission on the History of Parliamentarism and Political Parties. She is also pursuing her PhD on this topic at Humboldt University of Berlin.
